The procurement co looks after all of our purchasing at DoubleTree by Hilton, Bristol South.  As an FD I have great comfort in knowing that the purchasing is being managed to the same level by an outside company as it is if we had a full in-house department.  If anything the buying power of the group gives us a real advantage in the marketplace and keeps us ahead of any moving trends or costs.  I would use The Procurement Co in any hotel or business as a solid solution to our purchasing needs whatever the size of the property.

I have been working with Richard at The Procurement Co since I purchased the Best Western Westminster Hotel Nottingham in 2015. When we reviewed our purchasing against other suppliers we found The Procurement Co to be saving us 12% across all suppliers. We have compared some independent pricing to the group deals they have set up and their pricing is really good. The team also keep us well informed of any market changes that affect pricing.  We recently changed linen contracts also and Richard has saved me a further 8.5% and the linen is exactly the same as we received previously.  Richard has also supported with proofing menus, wine lists, costings, gross profit margins and allergens in the past to help ensure our food and beverage operation is as efficient as possible.
